Build Houses for Katrina Victims
A Nichols College Project
Help send 8 students to New Orleans to rebuild homes, communities, and neighborhoods that are still recovering from Hurricane Katrina.
We are a group of 8 students and 2 administrators flying down to New Orleans, LA. We have partnered with the Gulf Coast Volunteers for the Long Haul (http://longhaulvolunteers.org/about.htm) to assist in the rebuilding of homes, communities, and neighborhoods during our spring break.

Why does this project matter?This project matters because 7 years after Katrina the New Orleans area is STILL recovering. We are there to make a difference.
How will the funds be used?hese funds help us cover the cost of our travel expenses. All funds raised will be matched by Nichols College.
